StarBox ordering and will call procedures

Starting May 1st, 2021, StarBox will be enforcing these long standing procedures in order to ensure on time and on demand deliveries for all customers.

Please send orders to for fastest processing.

  • Office/Warehouse hours are M-F 7:00am - 3:30pm
    • Will Call / Receiving hours 8:00am - 2:30pm
    • Closed for Lunch 11:00am - 11:30pm
  • Orders must be in by 12 noon for next day delivery. 
  • $250 will call minimum order. 
    • $75 processing fee for orders less than $250
  • $750 minimum order for local delivery on StarBox truck (w/ $7.50 delivery fee)
    • $75 delivery fee for orders less than $750
    • Orders placed online at can qualify for free local delivery

StarBox stands behind all the products that we sell. Please inspect the shipment immediately upon receipt.

StarBox may accept returns of Stocked Products if in resell-able condition within 30 days of original shipment. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

For returns of special orders, StarBox shall accept returns on a case-by-case basis subject to the manufacturer’s return terms and conditions.

A Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) must be issued prior to any return to StarBox by a Customer Service Representative by emailing

Custom Products (ie. custom logos, custom colors, custom sizes) cannot be returned.

StarBox 100% stands by the quality of the products that we sell. If there is a problem with quality or damaged product, please notify a customer service representative as soon as possible and we will swap out the defective product immediately by emailing
