Minimum order is $100

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Orders greater than $500 qualify for free shipping in the Southern California area. For orders shipping outside normal delivery area, we will make special arrangements to accommodate your needs.

Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available of all of our products. For custom items, our design team can also create custom samples.

What is your shipping policy?
99% of deliveries are made on our own trucks. This allows us to manage our own logistics, including: delivery times, special handling requests, and rush orders. Most deliveries are made within 24 hours.

How can I track my order?
Our trucks are tracked via GPS technology which allows us to provide product tracking and accurate delivery estimates.

Can I pick up my order?
Will call is welcome and are available anytime from 7:00am-3:30pm PST.

What if an item is back ordered?
A customer service rep will contact you if there is a backorder. At that time, please let us know if you would like to make alternate arrangements such as substituting items, partial shipments, or canceling back-ordered items.

What is your return policy?
Generally, arrangements must be made within 60 days of receipt and items must be in salable condition. Glacier Pac reserves the right to deny any request. Special and custom orders may not apply to return policy. Please call a customer service rep for details.

What if my shipment is damaged?
Glacier Pac 100% stands by the quality of the products that we sell. If there is a quality problem or damaged product, Please notify a customer service rep and we will swap out the defective product immediately.
